Car bomb explodes near church in Kogi, suspect arrested

Multiple bomb explosions were recorded today in Okene local government area of Kogi state.

A bomb planted around the entrance of the Lord’s Chosen Church in Obehira area of Okene in Kogi state exploded killing no one while another vehicle conveying explosives exploded while heading towards the town along Lagos road.

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) confirmed the explosion today in Okene, Kogi State, stating that no life was lost.

Security personnel nabbed two people suspected to be behind the church explosion before they could escape.

According to the Commanding Officer of the Joint Military Task Force (JTF) in Kogi state, Lieutenant-Colonel Gabriel Olorunyomi, the bomb was planted at the front of the Lord’s Chosen Church in Obehira area of Okene in anticipation which was to come off when the church services ends.

He however explained that the explosion took place few minutes before the end of the church service which fortunately made it impossible for the terrorist to achieve their evil aim.

The commander further disclosed that another vehicle conveying explosives also exploded as they were heading towards the town along Lagos road.

He claimed the vehicle was planned to hit another worship centre and the driver of the vehicle has also been arrested.

A definate attempt to destroy churchs, and kill christians. It was a case of poor timing that many more people (christians) were not killed. The intent was there, the willingness to cause death on a large scale is evident.

Nigeria was an African country on the up in recent years. How long before the dreaded two state solution becomes the only way to delay the continued onslaught from islam in yet another country.

islam, like in the sudan, somalia, middle east will make a few demands at the start, which then increase as their numbers increase, untill they need whole areas just for them, then they need half of your country, then they'll want the rest later.

Africa is fast becoming a muslim continent. (Through violence). Thats a few hundred million more for Islam. Nothing to worry about then. Another few million more members for the religion of peace can't be anything to worry about, can it? And if you don't agree, islam will kill you anyway.

the dividing line in Nigeria will (for now) be the area just north of Jos. That is why that area is so 'restive.' But then all the oil is in the South...

There already was an attempt for separation by the Igbos, but the North did not want this. The west also did not want separation either, especially Britain (Harold Wilson,s Liebor) because separation was not good for there oil interests. As has happened many times the West sided with the muslim, leading to the near genocide of the Igbo christians of Biafra. amazingly the only nation that gave aid to the Igbos, was the (apartheid) state of Israel.

Israel gave the South the weapons it had captured from the muslims during the Israel/arab war, while Britain supplied weapons while the soviets where supplying aircraft, which the Egyptians flew to bomb the Christian Biafra.

There will be no separation, the muslim want all. and if there was a separation, there will still be war.

Mission Overview

Most Western societies are based on Secular Democracy, which itself is based on the concept that the open marketplace of ideas leads to the optimum government. Whilst that model has been very successful, it has defects. The 4 Freedoms address 4 of the principal vulnerabilities, and gives corrections to them.

At the moment, one of the main actors exploiting these defects, is Islam, so this site pays particular attention to that threat.

Islam, operating at the micro and macro levels, is unstoppable by individuals, hence: "It takes a nation to protect the nation". There is not enough time to fight all its attacks, nor to read them nor even to record them. So the members of 4F try to curate a representative subset of these events.

We need to capture this information before it is removed. The site already contains sufficient information to cover most issues, but our members add further updates when possible.

We hope that free nations will wake up to stop the threat, and force the separation of (Islamic) Church and State. This will also allow moderate Muslims to escape from their totalitarian political system.

The 4 Freedoms

These 4 freedoms are designed to close 4 vulnerabilities in Secular Democracy, by making them SP or Self-Protecting (see Hobbes's first law of nature). But Democracy also requires - in addition to the standard divisions of Executive, Legislature & Judiciary - a fourth body, Protector of the Open Society (POS), to monitor all its vulnerabilities (see also Popper).
1. SP Freedom of Speech
Any speech is allowed - except that advocating the end of these freedoms
2. SP Freedom of Election
Any party is allowed - except one advocating the end of these freedoms
3. SP Freedom from Voter Importation
Immigration is allowed - except where that changes the political demography (this is electoral fraud)
4. SP Freedom from Debt
The Central Bank is allowed to create debt - except where that debt burden can pass across a generation (25 years).

An additional Freedom from Religion is deducible if the law is applied equally to everyone:

Religious and cultural activities are exempt from legal oversight except where they intrude into the public sphere (Res Publica)"
