Hmm. I was wondering about his position in Malaysia as well. Its a shame he didn't connect with some pre-existing group who could have filled him in - but there again, what group would he connect with? We're all so fragmented and mis-represented. Looks like a lost opportunity.

If one looks up blasphemy cases in Malaysia, people have been imprisoned for far less than that Tan was saying. Even if Malaysian do not claim jurisdiction outside of Malaysia, he will be a marked man in Malaysia (and he is very distinctive, with tattoos on his neck and face). Malaysian law is based on English law, and English courts do imprison Brits for acts done abroad (e.g. Gary Glitter).

I had been in the process of arranging to meet him, to tell him he needed to get on firm ground before he continued like this. He was denied entry just days after I started to arrange the meeting.

I read on twitter that Tan only had a 6 month visa, and he couldn't get it renewed, so couldn't get back in. The perfidy of the state, and its complicity in our replacement, is disgusting.

The case with Tan is perhaps the most shocking.

I'm trying to find out the order of events. Did he go on holiday to Paris, only to be refused re-entry? Did he go to Paris to film something with TR and then was not allowed to return? Or most sinister of all: was he deported to France?

I had been planning to go and meet him to explain to him that the state would find any easy excuse to shut him down. If he'd been white, he'd have been prosecuted for some form of "hate speech"…

Besides having balls of steel, he had some interesting ideas. He seemed to be on the verge of creating his own religion. I planned to meet him and encourage him to do this. He had declared himself the final prophet. We need to fight fire with fire. Our opposition to Islam needs to be expressed as a new religion. Let them persecute people for a non-violent religion, which met every day to denounce Muslims. Make them ban that new religion.

Tan had the charisma and humour to actually attract people to this new religion. I could see from tracking comments on him by non-Muslims. They really would have been ready to declare themselves the new Jedi of the counter-jihad.
