PLEASE HELP provide aid to displaced Christians in Sudan and South Sudan!

The 2011 secession of southern Sudan from the rest of Sudan brought hope of co-existence between the mainly Muslim north and Christian south. But today President al-Bashir's forces are waging a campaign of genocide and rape against the black Africans in the Darfur and Nuba Mountains areas of Sudan. They are being bombed, shot, and hacked to death. Thousands have fled their homes with only the clothes on their backs. Your help is urgently needed to supply drinking water, medicine and other essentials to the Christians of these regions.

'There's talk about cleansing the North of the stain of Christianity. Official statements refer to Southern Sudanese as insects, a plague that needs to be eradicated from Sudan,' says Lee DeYoung, of Words of Hopebroadcasting ministry.

Praying Yida refugee400,000 people of South Sudanese ancestry have fled to South Sudan since October 2010, but 500,000 are trapped inside Sudan itself. They are being assaulted by ground forces, helicopter gunships, bombers, and long-range rockets. Some are wounded; some lose limbs; some are killed. Many have fled to the open country, caves or refugee camps. South Kordofan province is home to the largely Christian Nuba peoples, who do not see South Sudan as their homeland. They too are being attacked and displaced, and it is the Christians in or from this region that we desperately want to help.

On June 21, UN Special Rapporteur Mashood Baderin expressed his concerns about the situation. 'The effects of these skirmishes have translated to an increase of new arrivals of displaced persons in different IDP (internally displaced persons) camps, including 4,500 new people in the Otash camp over the last month and a half alone,' he said. While visiting the camp, Mr. Baderin noted the terrible living conditions, especially for women and children. 'The tents are inadequate and most of the new IDPs have (made) make-shift shelters. They need immediate help and attention to avoid a humanitarian disaster in view of the impending rainy season,' he stressed.

Refugee Camp ShelterLast year, the UNHCR estimated that there were 18,000 refugees at Yida camp; local groups said there were nearer 30,000. But today, the UNHCR says there are more than 70,000 people there. Food and water are in extremely short supply. Women queue for up to ten hours to fill just one jerry can. Arguments are common in temperatures exceeding 100° degrees.

Your response to this appeal will be used to supply water, medicines, blankets, warm clothing, toiletries and Bibles to refugees in Yida and other camps. If more funds are raised than are needed, any surplus will be used for other projects in Sudan and South Sudan. This is a joint project between Release and other international agencies serving persecuted Christians.

'The vulnerable, the elderly, pregnant women, and children are dying daily,' says Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) Chairman Malik Aggar. IDPs are eating plants and roots, and becoming malnourished. There will be a serious risk of many people dying from malaria, measles and meningitis when the rains come.

Your help is needed to bring humanitarian and other aid to Christians in South Sudan and Sudan. So please respondtoday to help with whatever you are moved to give!

Muslim Terrorism Count

Thousands of Deadly Islamic Terror Attacks Since 9/11

Mission Overview

Most Western societies are based on Secular Democracy, which itself is based on the concept that the open marketplace of ideas leads to the optimum government. Whilst that model has been very successful, it has defects. The 4 Freedoms address 4 of the principal vulnerabilities, and gives corrections to them.

At the moment, one of the main actors exploiting these defects, is Islam, so this site pays particular attention to that threat.

Islam, operating at the micro and macro levels, is unstoppable by individuals, hence: "It takes a nation to protect the nation". There is not enough time to fight all its attacks, nor to read them nor even to record them. So the members of 4F try to curate a representative subset of these events.

We need to capture this information before it is removed.  The site already contains sufficient information to cover most issues, but our members add further updates when possible.

We hope that free nations will wake up to stop the threat, and force the separation of (Islamic) Church and State. This will also allow moderate Muslims to escape from their totalitarian political system.

The 4 Freedoms

These 4 freedoms are designed to close 4 vulnerabilities in Secular Democracy, by making them SP or Self-Protecting (see Hobbes's first law of nature). But Democracy also requires - in addition to the standard divisions of Executive, Legislature & Judiciary - a fourth body, Protector of the Open Society (POS), to monitor all its vulnerabilities (see also Popper).
1. SP Freedom of Speech
Any speech is allowed - except that advocating the end of these freedoms
2. SP Freedom of Election
Any party is allowed - except one advocating the end of these freedoms
3. SP Freedom of Movement
The government can import new voters - except where that changes the political demographics (i.e. electoral fraud by means of immigration)
4. SP Freedom from Over-spending
People should not be charged for government systems which they reject, and which give them no benefit. For example, the government cannot pass a debt burden across generations (25 years).
An additional Freedom from Religion is be deducible by equal application of law: "Religious and cultural activities are exempt from legal oversight - except where they intrude into the public sphere (Res Publica)"
