It takes a nation to protect the nation
I realise we are going to get a lot of reports on this, so we'd better start gathering them together.
Yazidi girl tells of horrific ordeal as Isil sex slave
17-year-old says she is one of about 40 Yazidi women and girls, some as young as 12, still being held captive and sexually abused on a daily basis by Isil fighters

This also connects to the grooming gangs and child sex-slavery in the UK.

DOHUK, Iraq — Dozens of children, bundled in sweaters against a winter chill, sprawled on a patch of grass in their camp for displaced people and studiously began to draw. The kids, some as young as 6, drew pictures of beheadings or shackled women or their families running, with armed men at their heels.
The children fled when the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levent (ISIL) advanced on their villages last summer, with most of them witnessing their parents killed or captured along the way. Some of the children were also captured and held as slaves. Now living in a camp as battles rage in the villages they fled, they are haunted by the horrors they have seen.
Their caretakers do the best they can to comfort them but know the children’s psychological wounds are deep and far beyond their levels of expertise.
“There’s definitely something wrong,” said Nazik Shemdin, the director of a nongovernmental organization caring for children from the Sinjar region of Iraq who lost parents to ISIL. She organized the art project in February, distributing colored pencils and paper to about 50 children ages 6 to 14 at one of the many camps dotting the region. She told them to draw anything they wanted.
Intended as a respite from the monotony of life in limbo, it instead served as a grim reminder of how deeply they — and millions of other children in Iraq and Syria — have been traumatized by war.
Mental health care services are severely lacking in the Kurdish region of northern Iraq, where more than 1.5 million Syrians and Iraqis displaced by fighting currently live. In the province of Duhok, which hosts the bulk of them, officials say there are fewer than a dozen qualified clinical psychologists and well-trained psychotherapists.
So severe is this drought that Nezar Ismet Taib, a psychiatrist and the Health Ministry’s Duhok director, is personally treating some of the most severe cases — victims of rape and torture at the hands of ISIL. He points out that those spared the worst atrocities are also suffering and in need of help.
“Displacement by itself is trauma, and escaping from horrifying events is trauma,” he said.
More than half the people displaced by fighting and now living in the Kurdish region of Iraq are children. In order to fill the gaps in mental health care, the government has invited doctors and organizations from outside the region to treat patients and run training sessions to bolster the expertise of workers already there.
Yet the additional assistance has not been nearly enough.
Wahid Harmz, a psychologist who spends two days a week at a camp housing more than 25,000 displaced people, said he has treated only about 50 patients there over the last three months. One person can treat only a limited number of patients, he added, and there is a reluctance among many victims to seek help.
Among those most in need of psychological care are the Yazidis, a religious minority considered infidels by ISIL and viciously targeted by the fighters. The children who sketched the grisly drawings this winter were all Yazidis. ISIL killed hundreds and kidnapped thousands of members of their communities, forcing the captives to serve as slaves. Many have since escaped, shedding light on the horrors Yazidis face in ISIL captivity, with some of the worst atrocities directed at children.
Sold as sex slaves, girls as young as 10 have been raped, according to doctors treating victims in the region. Boys have been forced to fight, attend ISIL schools and do manual labor or risk brutal punishments.
The Yazidis who escaped have joined the hundreds of thousands of other displaced Iraqis who fled to the country’s relatively stable Kurdish region. Their stories circulate through overcrowded camps, where news of tragedy dominates conversation.
Harmz, who works with the Jiyan Foundation, an NGO that has been filling in many mental health gaps in the region, said the environment in the camps is especially tough on kids.
Besides being privy to all the grim, grown-up conversation, they are surrounded by people on edge. Parents suffering from their own fears, shame and exhaustion sometimes take their frustrations out on their children.
“They beat them. They don’t let them talk. They keep them in their tents and don’t let them out to play,” he said.
Sherwan Hassan, a trained nurse who received additional certification to counsel patients, explained that many children he sees cannot sleep well. “They have a lot of fear,” she said. “I see a lot of sleep disorders, anxiety and behavior problems with kids.”
Most children are not receiving mental health treatment at all. One Yazidi family that recently escaped ISIL captivity, for example, feels entirely forgotten. After making it from ISIL territory to safety in the city of Duhok, Sharf Ali Xudeda, a 38-year-old construction worker, was unable to secure a space for his family in any of the city’s crowded camps. Instead, he was handed flimsy tents he set up on a patch of dirt on the side of a road. His son and nephews, who are struggling after months of manual labor, indoctrination and weapons training, have not been offered any help.
“They’re so tired psychologically,” Xudeda said. His 4-year-old nephew, who witnessed ISIL beat his cousins with metal poles, dreams that fighters are trying to kill him. “The boy is afraid of everything. He’s afraid of beards. He is not normal anymore.”
Even those spared the worst have found themselves unable to stop thinking about the horrors they have read and heard about.
Sarween Khero Qassim, a 17-year-old Yazidi from Sinjar, managed to make it to safety with her entire family before ISIL laid waste to her village. Her family had enough money to rent a simple home near Duhok and continue sending their children to school.
But stories of what other Yazidis suffered haunt her, and she found herself staring at gruesome pictures online and then drawing them.
“I’m feeling this,” she said as she spread some of her ISIL-inspired work on her living room’s concrete floor. Her younger siblings looked on as she talked about the grisly inspiration for the work, which depicts women in chains and weeping families running from their homes.
Qassim considers herself one of the lucky ones but says that, even so, she has been scarred.
“I still don’t feel comfortable,” she said.
The Guardianistas defend the ideology driving these people, they defend the thugs that force a mother to kill and eat her own children. They are nothing more than fascist filth. They are just as depraved as the ISIS killers, because the Guardianistas do this from the safety of their London apartments. It would cost them nothing to challenge this ideology of barbarism, but still they side with it, because that way they know that at least their own cowardly necks and self-appointed halos are safe.
Not sure whether it can be verified, but I've read that IS produced a video of a woman being raped and beheaded by their soldiers of allah, the site mentioned was bare naked islam, though I don't visit this site. It would not surprise me if it was true given the depths of depravity of IS - its almost as if they are producing rape/pedophile porn to attract various rapists, sadists, psychopaths etc into their ranks.
I can't find the discussion where I added a screenshot of a 2011 book (translated from Arabic) entitled "The Origins of the Islamic State". My point in doing that was my suspicion that The Demos was once again being misled by the media, the politicians, the elite: namely, that ISIS were in fact referring to themselves as The Caliphate, but this was being translated as "Islamic State" in an attempt to make The Demos not understand the significance and historical inevitability of muslims wanting to re-create The Caliphate.
I searched again, and found two books published before ISIS appeared in the last year. Both these books are from 2011 (and earlier), and both refer to the creation of The Caliphate as "The Islamic State".

I think it is a certainty, that the elite have thought they can mislead The Demos by always referring to The (new) Caliphate as ISIS or ISIL (the fact they can't even agree on one acronym shows they are not using muslims own description of this entity). Once again, their shenanigans have backfired: the word "islam" is now indelibly associated with IS. Cameron's latest attempt to get the BBC to stop using the full phrase "Islamic State" shows their failure. (It also shows how important having a paid-for propaganda machine matters to the British state).
Outside of the mainstream media, many news sites do refer to IS as "The Caliphate".
The UN has conceded that the price list for Yazidi slaves (including prices for 1yo girls) is genuine.
A ’price list’ for Yazidi and Christian females as young as one, written by the so-called Islamic State (IS), has been confirmed as genuine by a UN official who visited Iraq.
Zainab Bangura, the UN's Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Sexual Violence in Conflict, said that she had seen the list detailing amounts girls and women were worth as slaves when sold by the terrorist group.
The list, which first surfaced last year, includes detailed information on how much females are worth, with children as young as one fetching the highest prices.
The document was initially dismissed as a fake by counter-extremism think-tank the Q... - potentially propaganda by a rival group - but after visiting the region, Bangura believes it to be genuine.

The same Quilliam who responded to a BBC report on islamo-nazi schools in UK, by equating them with teachers indoctrinating kids for the BNP (none of which exist)
So, the new Caliph is modelling himself on the slave-raper who founded islam.
Before her death earlier this year, 26-year-old Kayla Mueller was a sex slave for the top leader of the Islamic State, the American aid worker's parents have revealed. [...] 'We were told Kayla was tortured, that she was the property of al-Baghdadi. We were told that in June by the government,' Kayla's parents, Carl and Marsha Mueller, said.

Just like the US secretly funded the Taliban in Afghanistan, now they are openly admitting they have provided resources to Al Qaeda in Syria, resources which "accidentally" fell into the hands of ISIS.

When one considers the claims of some muslim academics in the UK, that our govt covertly deployed a jihadi army in Bosnia, it doesn't seem so far-fetched.
It's amazing how many of us still think that western elites wouldn't offer up their people to islam if necessary.
It strikes me as amazing DoubleThink, that we have a media and government who bang on about universal human rights, granting them even to murderers and rapists and terrorists, yet the red carpet is rolled out for the president of China, a country which has no respect for human rights.
That there is no furore about these discrepancies shows just how capable of compartmentalization/DoubleThink we are. Orwell truly was a genius.
I found a translation of the sections on Slavery from Reliance of the Traveller. On reading this page, it seemed I'd read the details before. Perhaps there's more than one site which has got these sections translated (omitted from the English version)
https://mdharrismd.com/2015/03/03/translation-of-the-manual-of-isla...
Reliance of the Traveler is the classic manual of Islamic Sacred Law written by Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri (d 1368 AD). For those of us who do not know Arabic, Nuh Ha Mim Keller provided a revised edition which shows Arabic and English in parallel (Amana publications 1991). It is an essential resource for people studying Islam and is an important part of the Shariah, including the Quran and the Hadiths (the words and example of Mohammad). According to Wikipedia, many countries in the world use at least part of the Shariah in their legal system, including Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Gaza Strip, Ghana, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda, West Bank, and Yemen. Organizations such as the Islamic State (ISIS) base their law on a strict fundamentalist version of Shariah, and there are strong movements to implement Shariah in the rest of the world, including the West.
Nuh Ha Mim Keller translated Reliance of the Traveler from Arabic into English. In the section entitled manumission (which is about all of slavery, not just about freeing slaves as the title would suggest), Keller did not translate sections K32.1, 32.2, 32.3 and 32.4. He wrote “the following four sections have been left untranslated (into English) because the issue is no longer current…” To his credit, he left the Arabic text in the book. With the increasing importance of the Shariah throughout the world, it should all be translated. After all, it is not clear that groups like ISIS consider any section in Islamic Sacred Law “not current”.
I looked on the internet for a reliable translation of these portions of the Shariah but was unable to locate one. Therefore I asked for help from some Arab friends and they provided the following:
K32.1 Women and children of the land that has been conquered are considered booty of the war and they are considered slaves. Everything belongs to the Imam first and after he takes a fifth of the booty the rest is given to the soldiers who were involved in the war. If the slave becomes a Muslim this conversion does not set him free and he will stay a slave. Captivity is the absolute consequence of Muslims war with non-Muslims and is not exclusive to elementary Jihad or defensive Jihad, even in the presence of the prophet or Imam and with their permission. If Jihad was done without the permission of prophet or Imam, all the booty is given to the Imam.
K32.2 If the father and mother were brought as slaves all the children are considered slaves. Being a slave is inherited from parents to child. If the parents convert to Islam the children will still be slaves, and they belong to the owner of their family. The master can sell the children to someone else without the parents’ consent. Male slaves and female slaves are considered the property of their master and he is allowed to treat them the way he wants. The satisfaction of the slave does not matter. The slave is responsible to keep his/her master satisfied. The slave eats, drinks and wears whatever the master decides and must live where the master says. He/she should clothe him/herself the way the master decides and speak and behave the way the master says.
K32.3 The master who owns a woman slave can use her in any way for his sexual pleasure; he can marry her if he wants. In intercourse the satisfaction of the female slave is not important at all. The female slave does not have to be Muslim convert. Even if she is pagan the sexual intercourse is Halal (permissible). A female Muslim is not allowed to have sexual relation with her slave without marriage. The male slaves are considered “mahram (impermissible, taboo)”. The Koran has emphasized this point. The Mola (Master) not only has the right to marry his female slave without her consent but he is also allowed to lend her to another man without her consent to have sexual intercourse without marriage. He also has the authority to marry her to one of his male slaves.K32.4 The master is allowed to cancel the marriage of his male and female slaves without “Talagh (divorce)”. It is enough for the master to order them to separate and they must obey. The female slave does not have to hide her hair, neck and head while saying Muslim prayer “Namaz “. The Hijab of the female slave must be different from those of the wife and daughters of the master.
There are other portions which Nuh Ha Mim Keller did not translate, including e1.6, e1.18, e6.5, e7.7, e10.2, e12.4, e12.11-13, e14.4, e14.8, f2.4, f4.6, f4.13, f5.9, f6.4, f8.4, f8.8, f8.26, f14.7, h2.3, h2.8, h3.8, i3.7, k4.6, k5.8, k7.4, k16.4, k23.1, k24.1, l10.7, m3.5, m3.14, m6.4, m6.6, m6.11, m7.3, m10.11, m11.15, n3.6, n4.2, n4.4, n8.2, n8.4, n9.4, n9.12, n9.20, n10.1, o3.7, o3.11, o5.3, o12.3, o13.10, o19.2, o19.4, o20.3. We will translate these as we are able in the future.
In his translation and explanation of Reliance of the Traveler, Nuh Ha Mim Keller provided a service to individuals learning about Islam. However, his unwillingness to translate all of it does a disservice to those students, others throughout the world, and Islam itself. As Muslims attempt to make Shariah a growing part of our world, they must help the rest of us to understand it, all of it, and make our own honest choices.

Welcome to 4 Freedoms!
(currently not admitting new members)
Just fill in the box below on any 4F page to be notified when it changes.
Most Western societies are based on Secular Democracy, which itself is based on the concept that the open marketplace of ideas leads to the optimum government. Whilst that model has been very successful, it has defects. The 4 Freedoms address 4 of the principal vulnerabilities, and gives corrections to them.
At the moment, one of the main actors exploiting these defects, is Islam, so this site pays particular attention to that threat.
Islam, operating at the micro and macro levels, is unstoppable by individuals, hence: "It takes a nation to protect the nation". There is not enough time to fight all its attacks, nor to read them nor even to record them. So the members of 4F try to curate a representative subset of these events.
We need to capture this information before it is removed. The site already contains sufficient information to cover most issues, but our members add further updates when possible.
We hope that free nations will wake up to stop the threat, and force the separation of (Islamic) Church and State. This will also allow moderate Muslims to escape from their totalitarian political system.
These 4 freedoms are designed to close 4 vulnerabilities in Secular Democracy, by making them SP or Self-Protecting (see Hobbes's first law of nature). But Democracy also requires - in addition to the standard divisions of Executive, Legislature & Judiciary - a fourth body, Protector of the Open Society (POS), to monitor all its vulnerabilities (see also Popper).
1. SP Freedom of Speech
Any speech is allowed - except that advocating the end of these freedoms
2. SP Freedom of Election
Any party is allowed - except one advocating the end of these freedoms
3. SP Freedom from Voter Importation
Immigration is allowed - except where that changes the political demography (this is electoral fraud)
4. SP Freedom from Debt
The Central Bank is allowed to create debt - except where that debt burden can pass across a generation (25 years).
An additional Freedom from Religion is deducible if the law is applied equally to everyone:
