It takes a nation to protect the nation
I realise we are going to get a lot of reports on this, so we'd better start gathering them together.
Yazidi girl tells of horrific ordeal as Isil sex slave
17-year-old says she is one of about 40 Yazidi women and girls, some as young as 12, still being held captive and sexually abused on a daily basis by Isil fighters
This also connects to the grooming gangs and child sex-slavery in the UK.
I don't think even Mohammed beheaded babies. I think his criterion was that the victim needed to at least have a trace of pubic hair.
Report: ISIS Puts Literal Price Tags on Abducted Girls
Members of the terror group ISIS are literally putting price tags on abducted women and girls to sell them as merchandise in a major Iraqi city, according to allegations cited in a new United Nations human rights report.
"UNAMI/OHCHR received a number of reports that an office for the sale of abducted women was opened in the al-Quds area of Mosul city," saysthe report by the U.N. Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) and the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). Mosul is Iraq's second-largest city, much of which is controlled by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
"Women and girls are brought with price tags for the buyers to choose and negotiate the sale. The buyers were said to be mostly youth from the local communities. Apparently ISIL [ISIS] was 'selling' these Yezidi women to the youth as a means of inducing them to join their ranks," the report says.
The Yezidis, or Yazidis, are a religious minority in Iraq who have been targeted along with Christians and Shias by ISIS, a Sunni extremist group.
"Some women managed to inform UNAMI/OHCHR that they had been forced to convert [to Islam] and were to be married to ISIL [ISIS] fighters and would be taken to destinations unknown," says the report, which covers alleged human rights abuses in Iraq from July to September and was released Thursday.
Let us remember: The Reliance of the Traveller in the English translation deliberately omits the sharia laws on slavery, but the Arabic version contains those laws. That the self-styled, hypocritical anti-slavery groups would ignore this shows they never had any commitment to opposing slavery.
Alan, can you capture this video before it disappears (my tools are in storage).
Sorry, I was too late, the Fascists of Islam have already got it removed. Here's the lie they are using:
This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube's policy against spam, scams and commercially deceptive content.
I will look for it elsewhere when I get time ...
[new comment added later] I've now managed to find a copy.
ISIS have issued a fatwa on the legality of enslaving and raping captive (non-muslim) women.
Notice how succinct the ruling is? All manner of minutiae are discussed, with their scriptural support.
Don't expect any "moderate" muslims or leftists or liberals or anti-slavery organisations in the west to even mention this publication.
See this report by the BBC, finally having to face up to the thousands of non-muslim women being taken as sex slaves by muslims in the Caliphate.
How the Caliphate recruits devout muslims to go and join their killing machine.
According to a translation from Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), a U.S.-based non-profit monitoring militant online activity, some of the rules in the guide include permitting men to engage in sexual intercourse with “captive” females, permitting the sale of a female captive, and perhaps most chilling, permitting a man “to have intercourse with the female slave who hasn't reached puberty if she is fit for intercourse.”
Here is the Shamnesty International report (November 2014) on the Yazidi sex slave.
My recollection was that this report was released on 24th December, so that it could be hidden over Xmas.
News reports are claiming it was released in November (see here http://4freedoms.com/xn/detail/3766518:Comment:164791)
Indeed, checking the date inside the report, it is the one that was released & hidden right before Xmas. So, The Independent not only cites International Business Times, but manages to shill for Shamnesty too.
For future reference, here's the URL where I got the report from.
The Shamnesty report is amazingly scant in its details.
It purports to be 18 pages long, but if you look at how much space there is in the margins, and how short many of the pages are, I would be surprised if it contains more than 4000 words.
Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General
...sexual violence is widespread and used as a weapon of terror. “Girls are literally being stripped naked and examined in slave bazaars,” she said, describing how they were “categorized and shipped naked off to Dohuk or Mosul or other locations to be distributed among ISIL leadership and fighters.” She added children born of rape could become “a generation of stateless children” who could provide a fertile recruiting ground for the killers.
No wonder Shamnesty International published their brochure on ISIS on 23rd December 2014, ensuring it got no coverage in the western media. Shamnesty know that history will judge them. So they couldn't ignore what was going on, but they could ensure it was released to a world that wouldn't notice.
But Mohammed assured his followers that silence means consent.
Bukhari (007.62.64) Volume 7, Book 62, Number 67: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission)."
What were her screams mean? It would be too late then.
Families give young girls as Isis brides in exchange for protection

Islamic State militants in their Libyan stronghold of Derna are forcing girls as young as 12 into marriage in exchange for protecting their families, doctors in the city have reported.
In 2013 they recorded one under-age marriage every three weeks. Since foreign fighters have flooded the city and jihadists pledged allegiance to Isis in October, the numbers have increased fifteenfold.
“The problem first started when the jihadist group took over Derna in 2013 and the police, army and courts disappeared,” said Asmaa Said, a Libyan women’s rights activist whose 1325 Network — based outside the city — has been compiling research secretly gathered in Derna by a team of local doctors and activists.
“Just in the clinics that we are able to monitor, we are seeing four to five cases of under-age brides every week and it’s getting worse. There is also the spread of STDs and the growing prevalence of miscarriages, premature and stillbirths,” she said.
Many of the city’s health centres have been taken over by Isis, making it impossible to monitor the full scale of the problem. The youngest child bride Ms Said recorded was 12 years old. The Libyan schoolgirl was repeatedly raped by her new jihadist husband and ultimately lost the baby.
“Her reproductive organs were so badly damaged she will never be able to have a child again. She is now also suffering from chronic depression,” Ms Said said.
Doctors in the few clinics that the jihadists do not control say the children have no idea what is happening to them. “We see girls who are bleeding heavily from their genital area. Some of them don’t know what sex is — they come into the clinic playing with their dolls,” one local gynaecologist, who could not be named for security reasons, told The Times.
Derna, which is about 800 miles east of Tripoli and just across the Mediterranean from Crete, has been a hotbed of Islamist extremism since the 2011 Nato-backed revolt that toppled Muammar Gaddafi.
Four years on, as the country crumbles under a new civil war, the authorities are powerless to stop the extremists from setting up a new Isis capital there. The internationally recognised government — unable to enter Derna — carries out weekly airstrikes on Isis positions with their ancient aircraft.
Egypt joined the campaign briefly in February after 21 of its Christian citizens were beheaded by Derna jihadists. The airstrikes have had little effect. The black flag of Isis hangs above Derna’s main squares, a Sharia courthouse operates and Isis police patrol the streets with anti-aircraft guns. Public executions and lashings are commonplace.
Abdel-Rahman, an activist in Derna who did not want to give his full name, said that child weddings were most common in the neighbourhoods of Saida Khadija and Embakh, in the northeast and southeast of the city. Both are controlled by militants and are poor.
“It’s mainly about power and protection — you notice a change in the status of the families. Before they would hide but after the girls are married to the jihadist commanders they move more easily about town,” said Abdel-Rahman. “Some of them get nice cars and nice houses too.”
Ms Said said that parents she had spoken to were terrified that their girls would be raped. “They see it as a way of protecting their girls from something worse.” She added: “As these groups get stronger and stronger, this problem is going to get worse.”
Abdel-Rahman said that most of the first-time husbands were foreign fighters from Arabic-speaking countries such as the Palestinian territories, Egypt and Tunisia, who arrived in Libya and needed wives.
Libyan jihadists usually take child brides as their second or third wives. The ages of the husbands can range from early twenties to 60. During the Gaddafi era under-age marriage was barely recorded in Libya.
WASHINGTON -- The Islamic terror group ISIS is leaving a trail of destruction across large parts of Syria and Iraq with a specific target in their crosshairs.
Hundreds of thousands of Christians have been displaced from their homes and countless others have been murdered or enslaved by the jihadist army, with no end in sight.
Sister Hatune Dogan has been on the ground and witnessed the devastation of these ancient Christian communities. She's listened to survivors tell how Christians and Yazidi women are being sold into sex slavery.
"They choose the most beautiful one, even if they have a small child, and they sell these women, these ladies to each other. They don't sell to another religion -- only Sunni Muslim," Dogan said.
"There have been 12,000 kidnapped at the hands of ISIS - Yazidi alone. What is going on there, what I was hearing, is the highest barbarism on earth in the history until today," she added.
Her foundation helps the poor and persecuted in 35 countries, providing them with food, clothing, medicine and shelter.
She travels constantly with a special focus in the Muslim world.
"I'm not coming here for a holiday. I'm coming here to bring a voice to the voiceless so that the world can hear their voice. They don't have a voice. I am the channel for them. That is my mission," Dogan declared.
Sister Dogan is no stranger to Islamic persecution. As a young girl, threats from local Muslims forced her family to leave their home in Turkey.
They relocated to Germany, where she operates her foundation and sounds the alarm about the gathering Islamic storm.
"The mission of (Abu Bakr) Baghdadi, of ISIS, is to convert the world completely to the Islamic religion and bring them to Dar Al Salaam, as they call it. And Islam is not peace, please. Whoever says ISIS has no connection to Islam or something like this is, he's a liar. ISIS is Islam; Islam is ISIS," Dogan explained.
She's disappointed by what she calls a weak reaction from the West.
"We know that in Islam, there is no democracy. Islam and democracy are opposite, like black and white. And I hope America will understand. America today has the power that they can stop this disaster on the earth, with other Western countries," she argued.
As for Sister Dogan, she says she'll keep calling attention to the plight of followers of Jesus around the world whether the West wants to hear it or not.
the terror group strips girls naked, conduct virginity tests, and send them to slave auctions after they have attacked their villages, often killing their husbands, fathers and brothers.
Fierce haggling usually breaks out at slave auctions, where the girls are sold naked
ISIS leaders are the first to choose, followed by the fighters, Ms Bangura said.
Bidders often take three or four girls and then sell them on a few months later once they are bored of them..
