It takes a nation to protect the nation

The characteristics of this category is of a young woman that is murdered or desecrated by a Muslim or illegal immigrant, but the death is covered up because we must not risk causing hatred or resentment against the latter 2 groups. Her death has to be disappeared and she becomes a non-person. What makes these crimes even more striking is that the woman is often beautiful - a product of our modern technologically protected and post-industrial lifestyle.

If its a white man making the crime though, you can generate as much hate as you want! You'll never hear the end of it.  So here's the list of victims to never be forgotten.  People get accused of hating illegal immigrants. But when you see this, why shouldn't you hate?

Kate Steinle's death at the hands of a Mexican national became a flashpoint in the immigration debate — here's the story behind her killing

  • The unauthorized immigrant who killed Kate Steinle in 2015 was acquitted by a jury on Thursday of murder and manslaughter charges.
  • The verdict sparked outrage among immigration hardliners and critics of so-called "sanctuary cities," who argued that Steinle's death could have been prevented if the city of San Francisco had not released Garcia Zarate from jail shortly before the shooting.
  • But the facts of Garcia Zarate's case are more complicated — San Francisco officials and federal authorities have each blamed the other for Garcia Zarate's release.

The surprise acquittal of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate in the shooting death of San Francisco woman Kate Steinle set off a firestorm of outrage Thursday night, as top conservatives and critics of so-called "sanctuary cities" pinned blame for Steinle's death on illegal immigration and insufficiently aggressive deportation policies.

Garcia Zarate, a 45-year-old Mexican national who was homeless and living in the US illegally when he fired the shot that killed Steinle, was acquitted by a jury on murder and manslaughter charges. The jury convicted him of the lesser charge of being a felon in possession of a gun, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in state prison.

Steinle, 32, was fatally shot while she walked along Pier 14 of the San Francisco Bay with her father in July 2015. The bullet that pierced her back had ricocheted off the concrete ground after it was fired by Garcia Zarate from a handgun belonging to a federal ranger that had been stolen four days earlier.

Garcia Zarate's defense attorneys argued that the shooting was an accident — they said he found the gun wrapped in a T-shirt or cloth under a pier bench and unintentionally discharged it.

Lead attorney Matt Gonzalez has argued that the weapon was a SIG Sauer with a "hair trigger in single-action mode" — a model well-known for accidental discharges even among experienced shooters. Gonzalez told the jury, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, that Garcia Zarate had never handled a firearm before, was frightened by the noise of the gunshot, then flung the weapon into the bay where it was later found by a diver.

Prosecutors, however, alleged that Garcia Zarate brought the weapon to the pier deliberately to do harm, and intentionally aimed and shot Steinle after firmly pulling the trigger. They said Garcia Zarate then threw the weapon into the bay and fled the scene.

San Francisco's 'sanctuary' policies were closely scrutinized after Steinle's death

Beyond the shooting itself, perhaps the most controversial aspect of Garcia Zarate's case involves his previous criminal activity and history of deportations, and how San Francisco and federal authorities handled his custody before he ever picked up the gun and shot Steinle.

At the time of Steinle's death, Garcia Zarate had been convicted of nonviolent drug crimes and deported five times since the early 1990s.

He faced a sixth deportation in 2015, and was in Justice Department (DOJ) custody that March after serving 46 months in prison for a felony re-entry into the US, but instead of transferring him into the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation, the department transferred him to the San Francisco County Jail for prosecution of a 1995 marijuana charge.

San Francisco prosecutors, who had long ago deprioritized marijuana charges, dismissed the decades-old charge and released Garcia Zarate on April 15, 2015. Due to San Francisco's policy of limiting cooperation with federal immigration authorities — which some refer to as a "sanctuary" policy — the city did not inform ICE when they released Garcia Zarate.

As a result of the case, both the DOJ and the city of San Francisco have changed several policies. The DOJ announced in 2016 it would no longer release potentially deportable detainees to local jails without first allowing ICE to take custody. San Francisco, meanwhile, has adjusted its policy to notify ICE if they are releasing suspected undocumented immigrants who face charges of serious or violent felonies.

"This tragedy could have been prevented if San Francisco had simply turned the alien over to ICE as we requested, instead of releasing him back onto the streets," ICE Director Thomas Homan said in a statement on Thursday. "It is unconscionable that politicians across this country continue to endanger the lives of Americans with sanctuary policies while ignoring the harm inflicted on their constituents."

But ICE has faced criticism of its own over not seeking a judicial warrant to legally obtain custody of Garcia Zarate when it discovered he had been transferred into San Francisco's custody. The agency has argued that obtaining judicial warrants are unnecessary and would place too much burden on ICE officials and federal courts.

Though the agency did issue a request to the city to detain Garcia Zarate until ICE officials could pick him up, their detainer requests are not signed by a judge and are therefore not legally binding. San Francisco's policy is to ignore such requests if they are not accompanied by judge-signed warrants, and the city has cited federal court cases concluding that such detentions violate inmates' Fourth Amendment rights.

The right has used Steinle's death as evidence of the perils of illegal immigration

Kate SteinleKate Steinle.Fox News

Garcia Zarate's deportation and criminal history made him an effective target for immigration hardliners, who argued that Steinle would still be alive were it not for an insecure border and lenient treatment toward suspected undocumented immigrants in local jails.

President Donald Trump immediately seized on the verdict on Thursday as evidence of the perils of "Illegal Immigration." Trump frequently villainized Garcia Zarate and cited Steinle's death during his presidential campaign, using the case to bolster his argument for a border wall and aid his crusade against "sanctuary cities."

Early on Friday, Trump also falsely claimed on Twitter that Garcia Zarate had previously committed violent crimes and had illegally entered the US six times due to lax border security under the Obama administration.

"The Kate Steinle killer came back and back over the weakly protected Obama border, always committing crimes and being violent, and yet this info was not used in court. His exoneration is a complete travesty of justice. BUILD THE WALL!" Trump tweeted.

In fact, Garcia Zarate had never been convicted of a violent crime before Steinle's shooting — his previous convictions were for nonviolent drug crimes and illegal entry. Lax border security, too, does not appear to be a factor since Garcia Zarate was caught by border patrol agents each time he entered the country under the Obama administration.

In contrast, Steinle's family has expressed nuanced views on immigration and "sanctuary" policies. They have both condemned  Trump for "sensationalizing" Steinle's death to advance anti-immigration policies, and expressed frustration with San Francisco officials, who they believe went too far in refusing to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

Murder of Pamela Mastropietro
Pamela Mastropietro
Born 23 August 1999[1]
Rome, Italy
Died 30 January 2018 (aged 18)
via Spalato 124 Macerata, Marche, Italy
Cause of death Knife wounds leading to blood loss and suffocation
Arrested Innocent Oseghale
Desmond Lucky
Lucky Awelima

Pamela Mastropietro was an 18-year-old Italian girl who was last seen on 29 January 2018 and was murdered soon after in Macerata, Italy. The suspects are three Nigerian immigrants, as of 7 July 2018 these allegations are still being investigated and the accused criminals are in custody.[2] Parts of Mastropieto's body were missing, which sparked allegations of the murder having been a muti killing involving cannibalism.

Background[edit]

Mastropietro was born and lived in Rome.[citation needed] She was 18 years old and had moved away from the recovery community for drug addiction where she was a guest in Marche, the Pars of Corridonia, on 29 January. Her mother stated that Mastropietro began abusing drugs after dating a Romanian man, and was attending a drug treatment facility at the time of her death.[2] When she left the community she did not take her mobile phone and identification documents. She is believed to have sought drugs in Diaz Gardens, a known gathering place for dealers, addicts and criminals.

Murder and investigation[edit]

Mastropietro's body was found severely mutilated, hidden in two suitcases; though believed to be a murder victim her exact cause of death was unclear as of February 2018.[3] Soon after, Italian police said they found her bloodied clothing at the home of Innocent Oseghale, a Nigerian who came to Italy in 2014 but dropped out of a refugee assistance program and began selling drugs.[2] Along with Oseghale, police arrested Desmond Lucky and Lucky Awelima. A fourth suspect, a Ghanese drug dealer, was sought as a fugitive.[4] [5] [6][7] The murder caused public outrage, anger and anti-immigrant sentiment in Macerata.

Innocent Oseghale, described as "a 29-year-old Nigerian with an expired residency permit and a criminal record of drug dealing," is suspected and was arrested soon after the body was found.[8]

On 7 June 2018 the magistrate of Macerata, Giovanni Maria Manzoni, has revoked custody in prison, but only for allegations of murder, vilification, destruction and concealment of corpse, against Lucky Awelima and Desmond Lucky initially arrested for competition with Innocent Oseghale for the murder of Pamela Mastropietro and the dismemberment of the corpse in Macerata.[9]Lucky Awelima and Desmond Lucky remain in jail for heroin dealing.

Matteo Salvini, the newly-elected deputy prime minister and interior minister, has often mentioned the Mastropietro murder as part of his hard-on-crime policies and skepticism towards immigration.[2]

Alessandro Meluzzi, a psychiatrist and criminologist, has alleged that the murder was associated with Nigerian organized crime gangs.[10]

GERMAN media totally ignore the brutal rape and mutilation of a 16-year-old German girl by Muslims

‘Gates of Vienna’ blog has asked the blogosphere to do the job that the pro-Muslim biased left wing media refuse to do. AGAIN!

The translated article from SOS-Österreich (H/T Gates of Vienna)

Radio Silence? 16 Year-Old Girl — Raped, Tortured, Crippled

March 5, 2012
by Der Patriot

During the last 24 hours we have received numerous emails, asking us to report on the brutal and perverse rape of a 16-year-old girl in Worms, which has not been reported at all by German media.

On February 23, SOS-Österreich was one of the first blogs to report on this inhumanly violent attack.

Since unbelievable or horrifying reports come to us almost daily, the incident in Worms was forgotten. Only after several references in our comment section, and/or direct mails, as well as some intensive “googling,” did we notice that only diverse blogs — but no public media in Germany — reported on the rape and mutilation of a young German girl. Is this silence strange, or not?

The blog Honigmannsagt writes that the press of the Federal Republic has put an embargo on this story. This is an appeal to them! Please, bring this case to the attention of the public.

In accordance with §12.1 of its code, the Federal Republic press has put a gag order on this story.

It needs to be broken. We join the following appeal by the party Die Freiheit of Hesse: After almost three weeks the silence has been broken: Even this inhuman, bestial act of gang rape of a 16-year-old girl by Turks or those of Turkish immigrant background is exceeded by a brutality beyond imagination.

We ask everyone, please broadcast this — send it to your regional newspapers. There must be an outcry and the long overdue discussion of how to deal with this kind of behavior. We are not talking about an isolated incident. It is happening everywhere in Europe — from England to Sweden.

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED:

On February 15, 2012, at 8:30 PM an unimaginably ferocious act was committed on a human being — a bestial, barbaric act.A 16-year-old girl was tormented, beaten and gang-raped in a parking garage in Worms. But that was not enough for her tormenters. They raped her with a bottle and then broke the bottle and jammed it into her, severing her intestine and slicing open her womb. She was found unconscious, severely wounded and unclothed. Only an emergency operation saved her.

The results: Because of the severe mutilation in the genital area, a permanent ileostomy was performed (creating a permanent, artificial anus). She will never lead a normal life, have a sexual life, have children. At the moment, it is a question of supporting her spiritually and finding psychological care for her. Her family will have to be there for her at all times and let her know that she is needed and will always have someone who loves her — suicide is a great danger. In a similar case, the girl tried to take her life and had to be committed to a psychiatric institution.

There were two perpetrators, a 17-year-old male and a 19 year-old male of Turkish immigrant background. One of them, however, “only” watched, and has been released.

It is really of secondary importance whether the perpetrators of such a terrible rape are native or immigrant. It is utterly inhuman. But we have one question: Would this case have been gagged by the press if the perpetrators had been named Michael, Karl or Peter? Not likely.

Whatever the names, whatever the ethnic background, there is no fitting punishment for this brutal act of torture.

Comment by Shiva:

The girl was Kurdish from what I under stand. In this case it is not important what she is. What is important, how do you deal with these abominations of allah.

Mollie Tibbetts

Mollie Tibbetts' father decries 'profoundly racist' politicization of her death

The father of Mollie Tibbetts has spoken out against Donald Trump and other Republicans using his daughter’s death in support of “views she believed were profoundly racist”.

In an opinion piece for the Des Moines Register, Rob Tibbetts also said an op-ed for the same paper by the president’s son, Donald Trump Jr, was “heartless” and “despicable”.

Authorities have said Mollie Tibbetts, 20, a University of Iowa student, was abducted while she was out for an evening run in Brooklyn, Iowa, on 18 July. The man charged in her death, 24-year-old Cristhian Bahena Rivera, is suspected of being in the US illegally.

Trump and other politicians quickly noted that element of the case and called for changes to immigration law.

Rob Tibbetts wrote that while he supports debate on immigration, some politicians and pundits went too far in using his daughter’s death to promote political agendas. His stepdaughter is Latina, he said, arguing that the suspected killer “is no more a reflection of the Hispanic community as white supremacists are of all white people”.

“Do not appropriate Mollie’s soul in advancing views she believed were profoundly racist,” he wrote. “The act grievously extends the crime that stole Mollie from our family and is, to quote Donald Trump Jr, ‘heartless’ and ‘despicable’.”

That quote came from a Friday opinion piece by Trump Jr that criticized the media and Democrats for not playing up the suspect’s immigration status.

“Despite what some Democrats may wish in the depths of their hearts, Mollie was murdered by an illegal alien and her murder would never have happened if we policed our southern border properly,” the president’s son wrote.

Recorded phone calls citing Mollie Tibbetts’ death in a push for white supremacist views began on Tuesday, just days after her funeral. The robocalls cited comments Rob Tibbetts made in defense of Latinos during her funeral. The calls questioned whether his daughter would feel the same if she were still alive and describe Rivera as “an invader from Mexico”.

“She may not be able to speak for herself, but I can and will,” her father wrote in his opinion piece. “Please leave us out of your debate. Allow us to grieve in privacy and with dignity. At long last, show some decency. On behalf of my family and Mollie’s memory, I’m imploring you to stop.”

Mistrial Declared In Killing Of New York Jogger Karina Vetrano

Chanel Lewis, whose DNA was found at the crime scene, pleaded not guilty to the suspected random attack.

Jurors on Tuesday remained split on a verdict in the killing of 30-year-old Karina Vetrano, whose body was discovered near a grassy trail in the Howard Beach neighborhood of Queens by her father and a search party hours after she was reported missing on Aug. 2, 2016.

Chanel Lewis, 22, who pleaded not guilty to her murder and sexual assault, confessed to attacking Vetrano during a taped interview with investigators. DNA evidence also linked him to the crime. The jury, made up of seven women and five men, struggled to reach an agreement in the trial’s final hours, however.

WABC – NY
Karina Vetrano, 30, was jogging in a New York City park in August 2016 when, authorities say, she was strangled and sexually assaulted.

“After deliberating for the entire day we are split,” the jury wrote in a letter to Judge Michael Aloise obtained by the New York Post. “It doesn’t seem like we can make progress. We feel that we have exhausted all of our options.”

The jury’s declaration followed 13 hours of deliberations over two days, during which it asked to re-examine Lewis’ confession tape as well as the DNA evidence, The New York Times reported.

He told investigators that he beat and strangled Vetrano in a random attack after angrily going to the park to escape a neighbor’s loud music. He denied sexually assaulting her.

Lewis’ DNA was found beneath her fingernails as well as on her neck and her cellphone. He had a hand injury that prosecutors said was consistent with punching someone.

NEW YORK DAILY NEWS ARCHIVE VIA GETTY IMAGES
Authorities said Chanel Lewis, who was 20 at the time of Vetrano's death, confessed to carrying out the attack but denied sexually assaulting her.

Members of his defense team argued that his confession was forced during an hours-long interrogation. They also tried to downplay the DNA evidence, and one of his lawyers, Robert Moeller, told the Times, “People’s DNA can end up in places that they’ve never been.”

“As we have said since day one, this case is far from conclusive and the jury’s deadlock proves this,” the Legal Aid Society, which represents Lewis, said in a statement. “The death of Karina Vetrano is tragic and our hearts go out to her family, but the rush to criminalize our client is not the answer nor is it justice.”

Prosecutors said they will retry Lewis, who is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 22.

'RA', from the small village of Douar el Caïd, outside Marrakesh, was born in 1985 and works as a salesman, officials said.

The second suspect, 'AE', a carpenter born in 1991, lives in the Azzouzia district of Marrakesh.

The third, 'OA', born in 1993, lives in the Derb Zeroual neighbourhood of Marrakesh. No employment details were given.

Today's three arrests were made at a bus station in Marrakesh after a trader alerted police when he saw the knives they were carrying as they tried to buy water.

Police boarded the bus and seized four knives, including blades of machete size, as the bus was leaving to travel to the southern seaside town of Agadir.

The video will be suppressed by the MSM so that yet more women can "live the dream" and go off blithely to Muslim countries to get raped and beheaded.

Their parents say they took all precautions? Don't make me laugh, not a single weapon or long range walkie talkie is mentioned.

They set off, 2 young vulnerable women, with 3 tough looking, rough looking Muslim men, to go into a remote wilderness where nobody else can help them. And they think this is normal? Of course they do, because they've had it drummed into them since childhood that Islam is a religion of peace and that all Muslims are just like Norwegians and Danes, except that they eat and dress differently.

Comment by Philip Smeeton:

They also have been taught to believe that if they love all of humanity, are friendly and treat everyone with respect and as equals, that no one will harm them wherever they go. These bastards murder nuns, aid workers and those doctors without borders twits; anyone nice and kind and caring in fact. You can guess how the parents will excuse the killers and blame us and themselves. What does it take to make people understand that Islam is at war with us, perpetual war. That Islam breeds murderous swine. Yet muslim immigration continues unabated.

These liberals are dangerously delusional.

I hate these muslim sods intensely already, everything they do is just more fuel to the flames

Comment from Joe Bloggs:

I use my mother as a gauge to know what the average person knows. She watches probably 10 news/politics shows ever day. My mother had no idea those girls were beheaded.

Muslim Terrorism Count

Thousands of Deadly Islamic Terror Attacks Since 9/11

Mission Overview

Most Western societies are based on Secular Democracy, which itself is based on the concept that the open marketplace of ideas leads to the optimum government. Whilst that model has been very successful, it has defects. The 4 Freedoms address 4 of the principal vulnerabilities, and gives corrections to them.

At the moment, one of the main actors exploiting these defects, is Islam, so this site pays particular attention to that threat.

Islam, operating at the micro and macro levels, is unstoppable by individuals, hence: "It takes a nation to protect the nation". There is not enough time to fight all its attacks, nor to read them nor even to record them. So the members of 4F try to curate a representative subset of these events.

We need to capture this information before it is removed.  The site already contains sufficient information to cover most issues, but our members add further updates when possible.

We hope that free nations will wake up to stop the threat, and force the separation of (Islamic) Church and State. This will also allow moderate Muslims to escape from their totalitarian political system.

The 4 Freedoms

These 4 freedoms are designed to close 4 vulnerabilities in Secular Democracy, by making them SP or Self-Protecting (see Hobbes's first law of nature). But Democracy also requires - in addition to the standard divisions of Executive, Legislature & Judiciary - a fourth body, Protector of the Open Society (POS), to monitor all its vulnerabilities (see also Popper).
1. SP Freedom of Speech
Any speech is allowed - except that advocating the end of these freedoms
2. SP Freedom of Election
Any party is allowed - except one advocating the end of these freedoms
3. SP Freedom from Voter Importation
Immigration is allowed - except where that changes the political demography (this is electoral fraud)
4. SP Freedom from Debt
The Central Bank is allowed to create debt - except where that debt burden can pass across a generation (25 years).

An additional Freedom from Religion is deducible if the law is applied equally to everyone:

  • Religious and cultural activities are exempt from legal oversight except where they intrude into the public sphere (Res Publica)"
