Sadly the ethnic and cultural doom of europe is on the cards, with or without musilm immigration.  Our falling birthrates mean that we are inexorably heading to a future where fewer and fewer young adults are looking after an aging population.

Multiculturalism is not the cause of that.  Multiculturalism is a sticking plaster over the problems of muslim immigration. Declining birth rates was one of the excuses offered for mass immigration, which turned out by accident or design, to be mass muslim immigration.

As for whether or not the sins of the fathers should be served on the children... If we applied that philosophy, we would never see peace in the world.

There are a whole host of reasons as to why the industrialised west (and Japan) have decided to commit cultural suicide. But multiculturalism appears too late in the day to be the explanation for it.  I don't think I heard of multiculturalism as a doctrine until the 1990s.  A search of the British Library catalogue confirms that before 1991, there were only a tiny % of books with the word in the title.  They are mostly in the context of Canada, and to do more with european and native cultures there, rather than to do with the immigration of non-white people in general, or muslims specifically.

Blaming multiculturalism and "cultural marxism" is highly dubious.

I think "multi-culturalism" has been around in varieng forms for quite some time, the left used to call it "internationalism" and believed borders were just artificial constructs of a capitalist nation-state, thus people should be allowed to go and live anywhere in the world they chose, the fact that this has ended up as a new form of colonialism seems to be lost on them.

One of the reasons for declining birthrates is just the pure high cost of having children, I'm sure there are many indiginous westerners who would like to start families but simply can't afford it, and this is due in large part to pressures from immigration on jobs, housing etc. Muslims and other immigrants, however, don't seem to mind having loads of kids packed into a house, probably one paid for by the taxpayer and possibly several for polygamous wives.

On Terror Island, the political summer camp of AP (Norwegian Workers Party), the AP youth in cooperation with other socialist organisations and al-Fatah (an ally of Hamas) were, the day before the gunman arrived, holding a Boycott Israel rally which the Norwegian Foreign Minister attended.

They were also playing Gaza Flotilla, break the blockade, games in small boats around the island.

The Norwegian Prime Minister has also attended the island camp and smilingly received a T-shirt from an al-Fatah youth on which was written « Tear down the wall». The wall that prevents terrorists sneaking into Israel to blow up busloads of Israelis.

The Norwegian Ambassador to Israel said recently that Israel deserved to be attacked by Hamas but that Norway had done nothing to deserve a terrorist attack. In Norway you are a hero if you hate Israel.

Breivik said: "They expect us to applaud our ethnic and cultural doom … They should be characterised as insane, not me. Why is this the real insanity? This is the real insanity because it is not rational to work to deconstruct one's own ethnic group, culture and religion."

And he is right.

I agree Morrigan. The more damage the Left do the more I am determined to oppose them.

I don't agree with all this doom laden talk about declining birth rates.  There have been many times in the past where the young have died in wars, but the old people have just struggled on and kept society running.  

Yes, if you expect to be molly coddled in your old age and just slouch around playing golf and attending the theatre, then I guess its not going to work out for you.  Tough.  But if you revert to the old fashioned idea that basically you keep active and productive until you are physically no longer able, then I don't see the problem.  Older people have a wealth of experience, and just a few adjustments will be enough to enable society to keep running with a far reduced younger population.  For example, a 4-day week will work wonders in terms of lengthening a person's working lifetime.

As for the younger people, they may have to reconcile themselves to doing more work on scaffolding or kneeling on cold floors than they expected, but that's all good character building stuff.  Has this nation just become a big bunch of ninnies?  I guess its thanks to Tony Blair, wanting to get everybody thru university, as if there's anything wrong with manual labour, for Christ's sake!  If the stuck up toff had ever done any real work, he'd know that a lot of blue collar jobs pose technical challenges as hard as any you'll meet in a degree course.

The reason for increasing the % of graduates has nothing to do within increasing the number of knowledgable people, and everything to do with indoctrination.   People like Jacques Ellul, who have studied the mechanisms of propaganda, claim that it is precisely the educated who are more susceptible to its effects.  Most graduates, and most employers of graduates, are totally unable to specify what specific benefits a university education confers.

As for the demographic "issues".  If one assumes that muslims are no more criminal than anyone else, then muslims could already be 13% of the population.  And going off past population growth, the % of muslims in Britain nearly doubles every decade.

With 237 muslims convicted of terrorism in the past decade, things can only get worse.  Well, without some programme to tackle such crimes effectively, and a programme to wean muslims off islam, and a programme to genuinely curtail the number of muslims immigrants.
